Rental rates are based on 16 in 9 double bedrooms.
We charge 5% more for each additional person up to 25 people in 10 bedrooms. The cost for 25 in 10 bedrooms is 1.45 times the cost of 16 in 9 bedrooms. Rental of the 55 sq.m. function room is an additional price by arrangement. Children are charged at the full rate but babies/toddlers in travel cots are free. We can sometimes accommodate smaller groups for a reduced rate during the week or near to stay date.
Owners live on site so any problems can be quickly rectified.
